Consent to the personal data processing

Under Section 11 and related Act No. 122/2013 Coll., on Personal Data Protection and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended, I hereby voluntarily give my consent to the processing of my data specified in the registration form in the name range, surname, residential address, date of birth, email address, telephone number, with their collection, grouping with other personal data, recording, registration, arrangement, browsing, use and storage of my data by GM-LINK, s.r.o., with its registered office at Generála Štefánika 64, Kežmarok 060 01, Slovak Republic, IČO: 46 150 757, registered in the Commercial Register of Prešov, Section Sro, File No. 24403 / P for operation and administration of the TatryKompas application.

I agree that GM-LINK s.r.o. obtained my data concerning the services I use (interests, places and time of service use, services used, price of services, etc.) and used this data to compile anonymized statistical data for marketing and other related purposes to promote the application.

I agree that GM-LINK s.r.o. provided my data obtained and processed based on this consent by my chosen Service Provider, whose services I order through the TatryKompas application.

I give my consent for the period of using the TatryKompas application and I am aware that the granted consent can be revoked at any time in writing to GM-LINK s.r.o., as well as my other rights and authorized as a data subject arising from § 28 of the Personal Data Protection Act and detailed in general conditions of use of the application published on the website of GM-LINK s.r.o.
